4) How long does it take to complete the course?
- The required course time varies by State.
Because we allow you to take the course at your leisure, the time to
complete our course varies by student. The average time including
Chapters, Quizzes and our Final Exam are as follows:
- For California 6-8 Hours
- For Nevada 6-8 Hours
5) What is your best price guarantee, what schools will you match and how do I get it?
- We will beat any online traffic schools
course price with standard delivery. This offer is only valid if you

our website.
6) How do the free trail chapters work?
- The first two chapters are available for free of charge. After that, you may continue to complete the course at our low rate.
7) Are there any hidden fees that I should know about?
- No, there is only one flat fee. The only
additional charge are optional services such as Cert Verify Service,
Copy of Completion Certificate, Rush Services, and Notary Public
Identification. See below for more details on those items including
their associated cost.
8) Will you send my certificate to the court for me?
- In most cases, Yes. The exceptions are the following counties in California:
- Alameda
- Kern
- Kings
- Madera
- Marin
- Monterey
- San Bernardino
- San Diego
These counties require your signature on the completion certificate.
Customers in these counties will receive their completion certificates
by USPS first class mail. You will need to sign there certificate and
mail it to the county where you received your ticket.
9) How long does it take for my certificate to get delivered?
- All courses completed before 9:00am will
have completion certificates processed the same business day (weekends
and holidays excluded). It takes the courts about one to two weeks to
process and update their system once they receive the completion
certificate.
10) Will your Verify Service contact my courthouse to verify they have received my certificate so I don't have to?
- Yes, we are the first traffic school to
offer this service. For only a $10.00 service fee, we will verify that
the court has received your certificate of completion and has dismissed
your case. Upon verification we will notify you by e-mail.
We strongly recommend this service!
11) What if I need rush service and delivery?
- Express Mail® / Rush Processing cost $25.00 (We will rush process your completion certificate and send it USPS Express Mail®.
Courses completed by 9:00am Pacific Standard time will be sent out that
day. Courses completed after 9:00am Pacific Standard time will be sent
out the following day.
- Priority Mail® / Rush Processing cost $15.00 (We will rush process your completion certificate and send it USPS Priority Mail®. Courses completed by 9:00am Pacific Standard time will be sent out that
day. Courses completed after 9:00am Pacific Standard time will be sent
out the following day.
12) Some courts require identity verification what are my options and what are the fees?
- If you received your ticket in one of the following counties you have two options:
- Alameda
- Kern
- Kings
- Madera
- Marin
- Monterey County
- San Bernardino
- San Diego
- Option 1 Experian Verification
Using a secure and private validation process, we verify your identity
using Experian Level 3 authentication®. This allows you to
complete the course from your computer. Prior to taking the final exam
you will be prompted with an interactive series of questions provided
by Experian that only you can answer. It is important that you answer
the questions correctly! A wrong answer will terminate the process and
will require that you use the Notary Public option below to complete
your final exam.
Note: Your credit will not be affected in any way by choosing this
option and we do not obtain or store any personal data. A secure
connection is made between you and Experian for the sole purpose of
verifying your identity. Upon verification you will be taken back to
our site to complete the final exam.
- Option 2 Notary Public (Notary fee required)
After completing your final quiz you will be required to print your
final exam and take it to a local Notary Public of your choice. The
Notary Public will verify your identity with a State I.D or passport.
You will take the test in their offices and have it stamped by the
Notary and you will FAX or mail your answers to our office for scoring.
You will be notified of your results by e-mail. You must pass with a
score of 80% to receive your completion certificate by mail. Sign the
completion certificate and send it to your courthouse to arrive prior
to your due date.
13) Do I need to complete the course within a certain period of time after I sign up?
- Yes, you must complete the course before the date your Traffic School Certificate is due to the courthouse.
14) Is my completion certificate due on the due date or do I just need to finish the course by that date?
- Your completion certificate is due on the due date.
We recommend that you take our course at least 2 to 3 days before your
due date. If you are faced with less time, you may want to contact your
court and request an extension.
15) My certificate is due today, can I still take your course?
- Yes, you can
still take our course although we strongly suggest that you call for an
extension from your courthouse. We cannot give you an extension!
16) How do I get an extension?
- Call your court. Most courts allow a one time 30 day extension over the phone.
17) What is the course like is it hard?
- The course contains 15 short,
easy-to-read chapters. Each chapter is followed by a short 5 multiple
choice / true or false question quiz. When the quiz is passed, you
automatically move to the next chapter.
- Since the chapters are short and well
organized, you must pass the quizzes with a score of 100%. Otherwise
you will have to take the quiz over again until you pass.
- We stress the importance of the quizzes
because the same questions will be on the final! Any quiz or exam can
be re-taken as many times as necessary free of charge.
18) I travel a lot. Can I use any computer to access your course?
- Yes, you can use any computer anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
19) I am a busy person. Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?
- No, that is what makes our program so popular. You can log in and out as needed to complete the course at your pace.
20) What if I get interrupted or can’t finish?
- Our system will automatically save your work after every quiz. This enables you to proceed at your own pace.
22) Are you affiliated with the court?
- No, we are an independently owned and
operated entity. We have no affiliations with the courts or any
government agency, and therefore cannot impose liability upon them. The
courts and government entities cannot be held liable for any actions of

23) I already paid the court money. Do I have to pay for traffic school as well?
- Yes, each court charges a fee to allow
you to attend a traffic school or home study program. This is a
separate fee from ours or any other school's fee. All traffic schools
including classroom, home study, and internet courses will charge
separate and additional fees. If you do not pay the fee to the court
they will not accept your Certificate of Completion from us!
24) I’m not sure my court will let me do traffic school online. How do I find out?
- As you make your State, County, Court and
Course selections you will automatically be prompted to proceed with
our course. If we are not approved in the State or County we will
assist you in finding a school.
Note: There are states and counties where Traffic School may not be
generally approved. There are many possible reasons for taking these
courses including insurance discounts, employer safety programs or by
direct order of a judge. If you are taking a course to clear a ticket
and your selection states not approved, please check with your court
before proceeding.
24) I received a ticket, will taking your course keep my rates from going up?
- Yes, taking traffic school dismisses your ticket form your record so your insurance company will not raise your rate.
25) I got another ticket. How often can I take traffic school?
- Rules vary by the State and County where
you received your ticket. Call the court where your ticket was assigned
if you are not sure.
26) What if I need help?
- We are always here to help you! You can

27) What if I can not pass your course:
- We are confident you will pass our
course, if you don't pass you don't have to pay. You will get a full
refund if you have not passed our course before your due date.
