3) Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?

• We will beat any online Traffic School / Defensive Driving School regular course price with the basic delivery options for the county and court that issued the customers Traffic School / Defensive Driving School. This offer is only valid if customers call FreeTry Traffic School before the execution of payment through our website. (The competitive internet Traffic School / Defensive Driving School must be approved with the county and courthouse that issued the Traffic School / Defensive Driving School.)
  

• The first two chapters are available free of charge.. If you wish to continue after that you will be prompted to pay for the course in order to complete the Traffic School / Defensive Driving School.
  

• The only additional fee are to customers in counties that require an I.D. check (online I.D. check or notary public). All additional services such as CertVerify service, copy of completion certificate, and rush delivery services are optional.

For most States and/or Counties we will be submitting the Traffic School / Defensive Driving School certificate directly to the court. However there are counties that require a customer signature on the completion certificate, customers in these counties will receive their completion certificates by USPS first class mail. Customer will need to sign and/or deliver (mail or walk-in) the certificate to the entity for which they are taking the course for (i.e. Courthouse, DMV, Insurance Company, etc.) It is noted in the customer sign up process how the certificate is submitted.

9) How long does it take for my Traffic School / Defensive Driving School certificate to get delivered?

• All courses completed before 9:00am will have completion certificates processed the same business day (weekends and holidays excluded). It takes the courts about one to two weeks to process and update their system once they receive the completion certificate.

10) Will the FreeTry Traffic School CertVerify service contact my courthouse to verify they have received my Traffic School / Defensive Driving School certificate so I don't have to?

• Yes, we are the first Traffic School / Defensive Driving School to offer this service. For only a $10.00 service fee, we will verify that the court has received your certificate of completion and has dismissed your case. Upon verification we will notify you by e-mail.

12) Some courts require identity verification what are my options and what are the fees?

Customers will be required to print final exam and take it to a local notary public of their choice. The notary public will verify your identity with a State I.D or passport. You will take the test in their offices and have it stamped by the notary. Customers will have to fax or mail the answers to our office for scoring. You will be notified of your results by e-mail. Customers must pass with a score of 80% in order to receive their Traffic School / Defensive Driving School completion certificate.

13) Do I need to complete the Traffic School / Defensive Driving School course within a certain period of time after I sign up?

• Yes, you must complete the course before the date your Traffic School / Defensive Driving School certificate is due.

14) Is my Traffic School / Defensive Driving School completion certificate due on the due date or do I just need to finish the course by that date?

• Your completion certificate is due on the due date.
We recommend that you complete our course at least 2 to 3 days before your due date. If you are faced with less time, you may want to contact the entity that issued the Traffic School / Defensive Driving School (courthouse, insurance company, DMV) and request an extension.

• Yes, you can still take our course although we strongly suggest that you get an extension. We cannot give you an extension!

• Contact the entity that issued the Traffic School / Defensive Driving School (courthouse, insurance company, DMV) and request an extension.. Most courts allow a one time 30 day extension over the phone.

17) What is layout of the Traffic School / Defensive Driving School course, is it hard?

• The course contains 10 short, easy-to-read chapters. Each chapter is followed by a short 7 question multiple choice and/or true or false quiz. When the quiz is passed, you will automatically move on to the next chapter.
• Customers must pass the quizzes with a score of 100%. Otherwise you will have to take the quiz over again.
• We stress the importance of the quizzes because the same questions will be on the final! Any quiz or exam can be re-taken as many times as necessary free of charge.

• Yes, each court charges a fee to allow you to attend a Traffic School / Defensive Driving School program. This is a separate fee from our or any other Traffic Schools / Defensive Driving Schoolss fee. All Traffic Schools / Defensive Driving Schools including classroom, home study, and internet courses will charge a separate and additional fee. If you do not pay the fee to the court they will not accept your Traffic School / Defensive Driving School certificate of completion from us!

24) Im not sure my court will let me do internet Traffic School / Defensive Driving School. How do I find out?

• As you select your State, County, Court and Course you will automatically be prompted to proceed with our course. If we are not approved in the State or County we will assist you in finding a school.

Note: There are states and counties where online Traffic School / Defensive Driving School may not be generally approved. There are many possible reasons for taking these courses including insurance discounts, employer safety programs or by direct order of a judge. If you are taking a course to clear a ticket and your selected state is not approved, please check with your court before proceeding.
